Hunter Fede, Esq. MBA
Managing MemberHunter's general practice focuses on business law, corporate formations, transactions, and traffic violations — with corporate experience spanning real estate law, lender servicing contracts, purchase agreements, mergers and acquisitions, employment law, and mediations.
He spent more than six years in corporate finance, rising to a Director role at a publicly traded bank in Nashville, where he managed relationships with AmLaw 200 firms and negotiated loan trades with J.P. Morgan Chase and Morgan Stanley — experience that now shapes how he mitigates risk and builds solutions for clients.
Hunter attended the Virginia Military Institute on a football scholarship, graduating with honors in 2011.
